Quality and Environmental Policy
At Tier1, Quality and Environmental considerations are key differentiators and are integral to our operations.
This approach must be grounded in fundamental values such as social responsibility, teamwork, elimination of non-value-adding activities, service orientation, and compliance with legislation. All these efforts are aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, with the customer being the primary recipient of these values.
- Quality is about meeting our customers' requirements.
- The method to achieve quality involves planning and prevention, anticipating potential problems during the execution of tasks.
- Quality of services offered provides a competitive advantage in our strategy.
- Environmental respect is considered a decisive factor in daily management through measures like selective waste collection and the promotion of resource-saving practices.

Information Security and Occupational Safety
A service management system is defined based on ISO 20000 practices. Initially, it will manage a small subset of the organization's IT services, with its scope progressively expanding until it manages the complete service map.
Similarly, an Information Security Management System is defined, focusing on ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information for the services managed within the integrated management system, as well as conducting risk assessments.
